Where getting it wrong is totally alright.
Looking to get into exercise but not really sure where to begin? Nervous about trying something new?
THIS GIRL CAN Classes are a fun, non-competitive group exercise class for newcomers and those coming back into exercise, or wanting to try something new.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, we create a safe and friendly space for women and non-binary siblings to try different exercise formats - including dance fitness, box fitness, yoga inspired stretch, interval training and body toning.
By trying a little bit of everything in a supportive & friendly environment, you can find the workout that works wonders for you.
We're all in this together, so come do your worst!
