Looking to get into exercise but not really sure where to begin? Nervous about trying something new?

 

THIS GIRL CAN Classes are a fun, non-competitive group exercise class for newcomers and those coming back into exercise, or wanting to try something new.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, we create a safe and friendly space for women and non-binary siblings to try different exercise formats - including dance fitness, box fitness, yoga inspired stretch, interval training and body toning.

 

By trying a little bit of everything in a supportive & friendly environment, you can find the workout that works wonders for you. 

 

We're all in this together, so come do your worst!

Rainbows is for girls aged 4 to 7 years and is all about learning by doing. Brownies is about trying new things that teach girls aged 7 to 10 about themselves, their community and their world
