In light of the current coronavirus situation the hall is currently CLOSED.
We will not reopen until advised that it is safe and appropriate to do so. We are working hard behind the scenes to be ready to reopen and we are in touch with the various regular users to ensure that the needs of all those involved with the village hall are considered and then able to safely use the facilities as soon as is practical.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will the hall be open again?
Unfortunately we don’t know as this depends on lots of different factors. We want to be sure that the safety of our users, volunteers and staff is assured.
When will regular activities start again?
At the moment we are unsure. We will follow government guidelines and individual group and activity leaders are being consulted on how we can help them to get going again when it’s safe and appropriate to do so.
Can I book the hall for a party?
Not at the moment. The government guidelines currently say that social interactions should be limited to a group of no more than 2 households (indoors and out) or up to 6 people from different households. Larger gatherings may be possible at the village hall but depend on us meeting requirements of health, hygiene and social distancing as well as safe workplace guidelines. If you are considering an event in the future you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
I have a booking in the future. Will I be able to proceed or can I re-arrange?
All hirers with bookings will be contacted in due course and can re-arrange or arrange a full refund if the guidelines are such that the booking cannot go ahead.
How much do you charge to hire rooms at the villlage hall?
The main hall is £15 per hour. We have other rooms of different sizes at £10 per hour. The charges are the same whether you're hiring for a one off event or a regular activity.
